I am a big fan of the Evergreen ES-180-SL 180W Solar Panel. This panel uses “String Ribbon” polycrystalline solar cells that outperform thin films and achieve comparable performance to bulk crystalline technologies while using HALF as much silicon. The proprietary cell fabrication process used to manufacture these panels are among the most environmentally friendly in the business. List price is $875.00 but I found it on sale for $812.00.
